Harz Guss Zorge GmbH specializes in complex castings in a wide range of different cast iron alloys. We supply components manufactured, machined and assembled according to customer specifications. We always set the highest standards for the quality of our work and products. Initial samples are created using 3D CAD data using our Zeiss 3D measuring machine or the Faro laser scanning arm. Basis iron is being melted in a hot blast cupola furnace. By duplicating the melt in the NF ovens and the magnesium wire treatment afterwards a high level of cast iron material, alloys and flexibility can be secured.

- 4 Crucible induction furnaces, capaciity 8 t bis 17 t
- Production of spheroidal and vermicular cast alloys using two magnesium wire treatment stations
All products are moulded on our automatic HWS moulding line and then pour using 2 fully automatic HWS / MECANA pouring machines, each with a casting ladle capacity of 1t. Flexible in alloy changes and high reproducibility characterize this system.
